Having looked online for several weeks and ordered numerous samples I still wasn’t sure on what flooring I wanted. I walked into the optimum show room and from start to finish the customer service was exceptional. It was so good to see huge samples to give you an idea of exactly what it will look like. The cost was very competitive too and delivery free. If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future.
